Cancellation Policy

Please note: You must discuss any existing medical condition that may impede their ability to safely take part in the session with the School before booking a lesson or tour. The boards used have a maximum rider weight of 100kg (approximately 15st 10lb), any Customer over this weight should contact the School before booking. You must provide accurate and complete information when booking, including the Customer's name, contact details, and any relevant medical conditions or special requirements. You must pay the full amount of the booking fee at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed by the School. The School reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion, without giving any reason. In such cases, the School will refund the booking fee to the Customer. The Customer may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the lesson subject to availability. In such cases, the School will refund the booking fee to the Customer or apply it to the rescheduled booking, as requested by the Customer.
